"I have never written a bad review for the doctor, but I think I should do it this time. If you don't need a Green Card Examination, I strongly don't recommend you visit this doctor for the following reasons. 1. The doctor runs the medical service as a real business. He wants to see as many patients as possible to charge more medical service fees. He gives little time to understand patients' concerns and talk to them. 2. The most unformattable is the rude front desk. The senior lady at the front desk speaks to the patients as their supervisor. She only asks the patients to do what she instructs but won't answer most of their questions from the patients. For God's sake, it is my first time seeing such an arrogant nurse. 3. Last but not least, I suffered from eye pain and asked for a prescription eyedrop. I believe this is a reasonable request, as the doctor saw my eye problem one day before. I firstly telephone to request the prescription. The front desk lady refused to pass my request to the doctor. She asked me to message the doctor via the patient gateway (website). I followed her instruction in the morning, and the staff read the message the same day at 5 pm. However, the prescription was not sent. I have been suffering eye pains for two days, and I believe I will suffer the pain for two more days. If the family doctor could not respond patient's request on time (within one day), why is the rationale for choosing him as the primary doctor?"
