Brings you right in when you need to be seen and the follow up with her after initial urgent visit as well as any other doctor that you see in her place is absolutely atrocious. They don’t communicate with each other so no one knows who did what. Terrible terrible terrible."

"The service was On time and Safe under the Covid-19 restrictions. Dr. Rosado sent me to the Lab right away to take Lab tests and I was not under fasting like other Doctors typically does for Lab tests. I received emails to inform that my results were Ready and when I opened my Results most of the tests were good but a couple of them were a little High, so I called Dr. Rosado two days in a row to discuss the High Results but she never got back to me. I just got a brief message at the bottom of the Results saying that they were Normal and No further action was needed at the moment which make me Feel insecure about it and unsatisfied with the Service provided"

On 7/22/20 I went for my physical with DR Rosado Rodriguez, we were very happy we picked her she made us feel very comfortable and assured of being her patients. She was very attentive of our health or we had any questions that she could help us with. We had a pleasant visit"

"Not a great experience. While the facilities looked great and the reception experience was quick and easy, the interactions with health care providers beyond the frosted glass door were limited at best. The staff didn’t make eye contact with me as I walked down the corridor, the medical assistant was indifferent and unfriendly and Dr. Rosado made my visit feel rushed. There was no time for small talk or seeing how I’m doing. She simply ran down my chart, questioned me about missed labs, medications and ask if there was anything else she can do for me. I didn’t feel genuinely cared for. Will be changing healthcare providers."
