"I have been to Stephanie Corrado three times. She has misdiagnosed me once, failed to call prescriptions in to my pharmacy twice (even after verbally confirming to me that she had), and billed my insurance incorrectly three times. The administrative staff is rude every time I call to fix these issues. They first put me on hold for 3-5 minutes, then ask the reason for the call, then put me on hold another 5-10 minutes, then tell me the issue is resolved. I find out later from my pharmacy or insurance company that it is not. I intend to switch primary care providers immediately."
