"I have had the worst Time with this office since dr.fergus has left! Don’t get me wrong I know I was spoiled with dr.fergus but the stuff that has happened to be with having dr.kelleher as my pcp is outrageous! He takes me on and off medication for no reason! Literally I went for a physical two years ago and he on his own upped my add meds and the. The following month when I called for a refill he told me yeah welll you didn’t show up to multiple appt he had made for me with other drs that he never ever told me about I wasn’t even aware that I needed to see some of those drs and when I said this to him he quickly dismissed me and then acted like he never had these appt made so then when I said ok so I didn’t miss any appt cause I wasn’t aware of them he still wouldn’t refill my add meds! H had done that to me two other times and again both times when I had finally mustered up the courage to ask him to prescribe me them again he was like care free about it like he had never stopped giving me them and I have other drs to attest that he did! He has done it to me with my antidepressant more then once, he came in one at an appt and asked me how I was doing with being an alcoholic? Btw I have NEVER been an alcoholic! He refuses to speak on the phone with his patients like we are present!"

"Probably one of the worst physicians I’ve dealt with. Doesn’t follow up with patients, getting a referral is nightmare. Inattentive to my health concerns and extremely condescending when asked a medically related question. If you are serious about your health, I would look elsewhere. His lack of professionalism is unacceptable."

"I had my first regular physical with Dr. Kelleher yesterday. It was my first time meeting him. I had selected him as my PCP based in part on his good reviews. I will not be going back. Most of my appointment was spent listening to his unsolicited views about COVID public health policies in the United States. I couldn't get a word in edgewise about my health concerns. He demonstrated either an unwillingness or incapacity to listen to his patient's history and concerns, which was especially jarring because this was our first meeting. I've never felt utterly ignored by an attending physician before and it's not a good feeling at all."

"I have been with Dr. Kelleher for over a decade. Nice guy, but don’t expect much. Front office is rude, they never Follow-up on questions. They sent the wrong medication for months, I didn’t realize it until 3 months into it, talked to the doctor, he didn’t own up to it, danced around it, never apologized, and at one point tried to play it as if it was the right dose, it wasn’t. Physicals are a joke. An opportunity to collect a $$ from insurance and update paperwork. If you have a Meidcal scare, don’t expect him to be there to walk you through things. I had my last straw today after a call with the office. They were rude as hell! The only positive thing, phlebotomist is nice, and that’s saying a lot from someone who’s scared of needles."

"Called and scheduled an appointment, waited 5 weeks. They canceled and re- scheduled, for another 2 weeks out; showed up and they say we called and left a message to re- schedule. I never got a call or a voicemail from their office, I did get one from my ENT in the same network the day before. I'll go elsewhere as my time is also valuable. Not convenient to schedule a day off work, drive there and get....."That was canceled"."
