"Fake Concierge Medical Doctor! Fake Gucci, Luis Vuiton, Fake Coach. Now its Fake Concierge Medicine. I found that while Doctor Kosta and and his assistants promised the ultimate in personalized medical care, they were cold, uncaring and calculating. I called up and asked if he were talking new patients for his Concierge Medicine Practice and his assistant said "Yes." Definitely! The only thing I revealed about myelf was that I was my age and that I needed help with high blood pressure like 50, million other Americans. The assistant assurerd me that Dr. Kostas would help and promised to get back to me with a zoom consultation. Instead I got a note from the assistant a week later saying to forget it. I called back without mentioning my name and asked if they were talking new patients, the asistant said "yes." Then I revealed who i was and he started to HEM, HAW AND Squirm. I asked him why he had rejected me without ever talking to me when I was asking for medical help and he said sharply "I am not gong to give any details." They had no reason to reject me. I have a feeling they felt they couldnt make enough money Today I found myself with my blood pressure high and no place to turn. I wasted a week waiting for the zoom call for this Fake Concierge Medicine Doctor. As you can see from the response below Dr, Kosta is hiding in the shadows behind his staff . Instead of personalized concierge treatment I was expecting all I got was the typical " if this is an emergency go to the emergency room.""

"I've always dreamed about having a doctor like Dr. Costa; however, I didn't think a doctor like Dr. Costa actually existed. Honestly, this is what medicine should be like: He and Nurse Chown are marvelous. No other doctor has ever made me feel like I'm their only patient. I actually didn't even think that was possible. I've been to a number of different doctors as I have moved around a lot and I honestly don't think there is another doctor as wonderful as Dr. Costa. I was very ill recently with probable COVID. Dr. Costa helped me get to the best ER in my vicinity and not only did he check up on me frequently that evening (even late into the night), but he communicated with me daily until I was well out of the woods. Dr. Costa is brilliant, thorough, empathic, compassionate, a great listener, and a caring professional. He remembers you. He is so thorough that he will not miss anything. He takes the time to listen to you... however long that is and when he talks to you about what is going on with you and your treatment, he explains everything thoroughly. And best of all, he is consistently current on all of the latest medical research. When I get lab results back from him, they are annotated with explanations and recommendations. He is always available if you need him that very day. That is all to say that Dr. Costa is an incredible human being with a passion and drive to help his patients not only when they are sick, but to take proactive steps to help them flourish. I am convinced I will never find another doctor like him. Don't get me wrong, I've had some excellent doctors in my time but it's not hyperbole to say that Dr. Costa is in a league all his own. In addition to Dr. Costa, Nurse Chown is the very same way. She is compassionate, empathic, understanding, thorough, a great listener, and well-versed in the latest medical research. I don't particularly like getting my blood drawn, but when Nurse Chown does it, I barely notice; it's less about her technique and more about the fact that she's such a warm and caring person that you forget a needle is going into your arm. Her advice and suggestions are all grounded in research and in your case history: yes, she remembers you like you are her only patient. I've learned so much from her... there doesn't seem to be a medical topic that she doesn't know a great deal about, and she shares that knowledge with her patients. Again, I've had great nurses in my time, but like Dr. Costa, Nurse Chown is in a league all her own. Overall, the practice engages in remarkable follow through. If you call and for some reason you get voicemail, you get called back right away. If you email Dr. Costa or Nurse Chown, you get a response quickly. If I need to talk to either of them, they will make time to do it that day. This level of attentiveness to patients is unheard of. If you are supposed to get test results back and they are delayed, they will contact you (not the other way around) and let you know. I can't say enough good things about them both; however, the bottom line is this: I know that I have the best medical team that will keep me healthy and happy for many years to come. I am no longer anxious about aging and getting sick with Dr. Costa and Nurse Chown on my side, I know I will receive the best medical care possible. If you are looking for a medical practice that goes above and beyond, this is the place for you!"
