"I am in the process of moving and chose Norton Self Storage due to location. I am so glad I did! I had to put a few things in storage urgently and had to return the U-Haul the same day. Fortunately, Phil and Joanne came to the rescue. They came to the office after hours to help check me in. They helped me assess which unit worked best for my needs. More importantly, when they realized I had a few big things to move on my own, they immediately offered to help. Phil and Joanne helped me move my 250 lbs mattress in addition to a number of boxes. It wasn’t that they were providing great customer service, they genuinely care. I highly recommend this company for any of your storage needs."
