"I saw Dr. Hatch for a second/outside opinion a few months after Lasik and am very grateful. It was by far the most helpful and informative appointment I've had since getting the procedure. What stood out to me was that Dr. Hatch was very approachable and patient with my questions. She was also extremely thorough in her evaluation, provided a lot of input and treatment options."
"I would not recommend Dr. Hatch at all. I spent over an hour going through various eye tests for her to say why are you here ? I went it for a Lasik consultation they charged 200.00 USD for this as well."
"I Highly recommend you avoid Kathryn Hatch. I have a serious eye” disease. I decided to meet with her only because she provides surgery which I need. I already known about my diagnose, but I passed tests again specially for her and paid for it. I waited her about 1 hour!!!! She spoke with me about 10 minutes. She said that she ll do surgery for me. She started filling out the paperwork and abruptly stopped. After that, she left the room and her manager Leilani Ford came into the room. I asked manager “what my next steps?!” And manager said “Kathryn is having a lunch” she will call you later about your procedure. I was shocked! I waited her more than hour and she just left the room because she wanted to eat! This is absolutely unprofessional. Of course, nobody called me later. I just paid money for my tests…..Where is the ethics between patient and doctor? Maybe she doesn't know such words...The Manager Lilani Ford gave me a promise that the Kathryn will call me, and no one called me back after several months. I called many times, left audio messages, but no one answered me. This is maximum disrespect for people who come to you for treatment. Even just call your patient and say that you cannot provide a procedure a much better than just ignoring him. This call takes 5 minutes no more, but if you're arrogant and you don't care about your patient, you don't do this. That's why I can't tell you how good a surgeon she is, but I can tell you for sure that she can simply ignore you without explanation."
"I had been wearing glasses and then contacts for close to fifty years waiting patiently for a time and doctor that could perform a corrective surgery. My eye doctor of twenty five years finally referred me to someone she felt extremely confident that could do it. Dr. Hatch was amazing! I went from being +5.50 very farsighted with a stigmatism to now seeing 20/20. It has been life changing. I would and have recommended Dr. Hatch to everyone. She is an exceptional eye surgeon."
"Dr. Hatch performed PRK refractive surgery on my eyes in April and May of 2016 (two separate surgery for each eye) and I could not be happier with the results. I do NOT need any eye glasses/contact lenses now. For someone who has had a very strong prescription for nearsightedness (and some astigmatism on top of it) for a very long time, this is an awesome liberating experience! Her whole support team is caring and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Hatch to anyone and have already got a few of my friends inspired to see her soon."
