"i folks: So here is my review. Can't give less than one star. A few years back I contracted for a full canvas and frame for my 35 ft beneteau. This was in January. I was promised completion by April 15. Well that date went by. Many excuses. Mid June they "finished". NOT..... Bimini window would not allow the wheelman to see top of mast. 2 more weeks. I got a new window. Now the front supports ( only a strap) prevent easy access to the boat. I was told that is how is is. I removed straps and installed tube braces ( not in way). Mean while I ordered boat cushions (8 custom). They showed up with zippers in the wrong place ( for the back rest attachment.) Their fix was to add an extra zipper. I can live with that. Back rest won't hold their shape. OH WELL. Oh...I forgot, the holes for the back stay are in the wrong place. Got to send it back again. Jerry rigged but workable. Poorly sewn Bimini zippers rip out three time. Had another guy re sew. To be honest. cushions are fairly nice. But last fall one blew away. I took the port side cushion to S&S ( for template) to be replaced. I was told about 6 weeks. At 10 weeks I get a call with a price. OMG they want $450 for one cushion. 22" x 32" approx. When the set was made it was about $950 for 8. Side note they could not "find/ locate" any paper work on my boat or me. I complained about the price but gave my OK because I need the cushion. 5 weeks later still no contact or cushion. Hey S & S how are you still in business? Where is my cushion? Waiting and preparing reviews for other sites."
