"At the time of this review, there is one other review and I can guarantee the review is for the wrong company. JM Home Care does not sell life or medical insurance. They provide loving, gentle care in home for those who need it. My sisters and I found ourselves in a predicament when our widowed father suffered a few falls and landed in a rehabilitation center. After his Parkinson's diagnosis, they said he shouldn't be living alone and were scheduled to send him to another long term rehabilitation center. A few minutes in that place was all my sister needed to leave in tears, father in tow, because she could not leave him in that place. That's where JM Home Care comes in. We needed someone to be with him 24/7 and we needed someone immediately. Amy Mullen was our angel in disguise. She promptly placed an aide with my father while she worked behind the scenes to put a rotating schedule in place so that he would not be alone. Dealing with Amy was like dealing with family, which put our hearts at ease. Our dad's diagnosis means he has good days and he has bad days. Even the days when he's cranky and ornery, the aides have compassion and patience with him. They are flexible with our schedules, such as when we come and stay with dad. My dad always said he wanted to stay in his home until his last days. We weren't sure it was possible until we connected with JM Home Care. Thank you, JM Home Care for making his last wishes possible!"
"Tried to mess me over dirty and sell me life insurance for 200$ as health insurance. Dirty company doesn’t want to send the refund even if I cancel, I have to prove that I have a new insurance which is stupid. If I cancel I cancel. I was lied to about the insurance I was sold."
