The local drop off and intake process was very easy, and I was kept informed every step of the way on how the project was going. It took ~3 weeks in total. We weren’t entirely sure what was on the tapes, but spent HOURS this weekend watching them. My partner was able to see and hear his grandfather’s voice for the first time in years, His grandmother was able to see video of herself as a teenager, in the house she grew up in. They also helped unearth video of their small town that was taken over 30 years ago, which was a nice little time capsule for everyone to see.
