"My mom needed (wanted) a new living room set, because half of hers had been damaged in a flood. I noticed that RF had opened went online and checked it out. My mom who uses a walker had arrived a few minutes prior to me, and Mercedes had taken the time to get her a wheelchair and wheel her throughout the store. She (Mercedes) took the time to talk to my mom about her needs and wants, and delightfully showed her several sets that would accommodate and help with her health issues. Mercedes what can I say about her other than she is a valuable asset to your store and your customers (she’s a keeper).
