"I wanted Dr. Yella as my doctor due to all of the great reviews. The woman who works the phone emailed forms to me over two months ago, which I filled out and dropped off in person at the office within a few days. When I did not hear from anyone to schedule my appointment, I called the office. The woman at the desk told me she would call me back that afternoon to schedule an appointment in March. It is now almost May and I have never heard back. I have decided to stick with my current doctor, despite the 45 minute drive. I have no idea where all of my personal information on the forms is at this point in time. Update: After this review posted, to her credit, Dr. Yella personally called and left me a message apologizing for the lack of response and assured me that my personal information was secure."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Yella’s for over 16 years. In that time, she has always been concerned about every issue that I have brought to her attention and when she treats a problem, we discuss in detail how it will affect me. She gets to know her patients well, so she also picks up on any ‘changes’ quickly. She is compassionate and authentic. On top of that, her staff always follows up on messages that I leave. They give her my messages and call me back with important information. They are professional, prompt, and courteous. I have seen complaints regarding wait times… this is because Dr. Yella will not rush someone out in ten minutes, as most practices do these days. She always apologizes if I have to wait, but I prefer waiting knowing she won’t rush me out. Also, she will find a way to see me if I am sick..even if that means staying late or calling me from home. I have recommended her to dozens of people over the years, and I will continue to do so. I feel very lucky to have someone who is this invested in all of her patients."

Dr. Yella is the most knowledgeable and qualified doctor I have ever come in contact with. She makes you feel like a human and not a paycheck.
