"It was a tiring but fun experience at Rail Explorers. Nice view around with great staff all over for the safety throughout the tracks. It was hard to pedal at first but once it’s going it gets easier. There is also a rest stop with stunning views of the ocean with lots of chairs to accommodate everyone in the group. Suggest to bring some snacks along while enjoying the view at the stop."
"We went during the weekend and it was amazing. I recommend the Lantern Ride. The view and atmosphere was incredible. Towards the end you get to relax by the fire and enjoy the sunset. Bring drinks and snacks and a blanket. Wait time was up to 10 minutes for orientation and buy tickets ahead of time as they only do reservations. I don’t believe they do walk-ins."
"Super fun, the views were stunning! Although we were worried the pedaling was gonna be exhausting it wasn't bad at all! Once your cart started moving it wasn't too hard or tiring to keep it moving for the rest of the track. There is an awesome break spot with one of the best views and lots of chairs. The staff were super friendly and were extremely chill with everyone. I highly recommend this activity for anyone with multiple family and friends willing to join; if you struggle with pedaling having three more to keep the cart going helps a ton. I had an absolute blast and would definitely do this again!!!!!!!"
"A fun experience for the whole family, young and old. We did the 6 mile Northern trip which started with a bus ride to the starting point, then the fun began. It was a very hot day and we were soaked by the time we finished. Luckily at the end of the ride, there were many Adirondack chairs and picnic tables in the shade to relax on. The staff was great and we had a great time."
"Really nice staff and a great outing for young and old. We took the South ride. Great views of the bay as you pedal. Really safe for all ages. Easy to pedal for young and old alike. It has seat belts. Definitely a fun day! Our granddaughter absolutely loved it. She didn’t pedal much, but the smile on her face was priceless!"
