"Danea was working the register, and a lady was having issues with the self checkout. The lady in front of me and myself told her she needed help, and we would wait. Danea said, "o she will be fine waiting a little bit, I don't have time to deal with self checkout." It was rude and uncalled for. The lady at self checkout heard this and told her she had already been waiting for the past 4 customers for her to help."
