"Was there after dinner spike, about 6 pm. Ordered televised special 2 chili dogs w fries. Got told they didn’t have any made would you take 10 to 12 minutes to cook. I am having a difficult time understanding how during a meal period you do not keep your special ready for service, and in holding making more when reach certain amount"

"This was my 1st visit to any Jack's and was disappointed, highly disappointed. After seeing a the commercial about their hot dogs, I decided to make a trip, bc who doesn't like a good hot dog, right? I ordered a 2 piece leg meal for my g'son, as well. We were asked to pull forward while the legs finished frying, the wait wasn't too long. When we got home, my very picky g'son tore into those legs and that says a lot, bc this lil nugget of mine frowns at most foods, so Jack's, I thank you for that. Now, let's talk about those dogs, they were pitiful and so sad, nothing like the commercial, not even close, look at the picture and you be the judge. They were very mushy, as though they were old, they were cold, not even warm, the toppings were invisibly scarce and the bun was soggy. Not wanting to return to the store and let them know of their shortcomings, I just tossed them in the garbage. The fries were ok, nothing to brag about. I would like to give them another chance, but we'll see. The staff was really nice, so that's a big plus, bc restaurant customer service is the worst. Hopefully, next time will be better and I can come back and update this review."

"Food was hot and tasty but overall the restaurant was not clean. I wanted to wash my hands on the way out but there was no soap in the bathroom and paper towels everywhere. Smelled terrible like they mop with piss in there. I don’t think I’ll ever go back. The employees obviously aren’t washing their hands with soap."

"This Jack’s didn’t hit the target today. Ordered a 2-pc chicken, and what I got is dead. Hard as a rock. I come, or came, here enough to where they know me. Will find another location or chain to grab some chicken from now on. (3 stars are for that green beans and mashed potatoes)."
