Subway

"They had the gangway door to the bathrooms locked. Customers have to go outside to come back in though the gas station. This is a brand new building. What do you mean I can't use a door?"

"Closed 2 hrs early supposedly and said never received the online order, but we had a confirmation number, showed where the money was took out the bank, and everything....said couldn't give a refund or anything"

"Walked in at 4:30pm on a Sunday and the staff said they were closing early and laughed. They have hours posted that they close at 10:00pm."

"Ordered a sandwich from the new subway on hwy 431 in phenix city and this was the "roast beef" the so called "meat" had a flaky rainbow pattern on it and would shine when moving it back and forth in the light as if it was a piece of metal. STAY AWAY from the subway at the new circle k on 431 or any subway for that matter after this incident rest assure I will no longer be buying any food from any sort of fast food chain the garbage they are putting in our food has gotten out of control. I also would like to mention the workers are the slowest I've ever seen it takes almost 15 mins just to make 1 sandwich and plus one of the ladies in there was eating on the job with her hands while wearing the same gloves that she used to make customers sandwiches ."

"The workers do not listen, nor take accountability when calling them out. Had asked for every topping from this section, circling the area twice for both sandwiches when asked. Did not listen nor pay attention and when I had pointed out I did not want olives they said I wanted everything, no ma'am I did not say that, i said from this secund. The second worker then calls me Smart for correcting her. Only one sandwich corrected"
