"Goten to the point that I have to drop off my Bill's myself every month because our post man Russell refuses to take out mail or check our mail box?! Its gotten to the point I have to yell out of my ring door bell system to get our mail and he ignores it. Then I had to put out notes to also get ignored?! So I'm calling today to put in a complaint finaly I've been more then fair and hes gotten away with it for far to long. I have footage of him not checking our box and ignoring me talking to him through our system. I'm not one to ever call and complain but for this I am. Late Bill's due to the mail man are unacceptable!"
