Was called to do a water mitigation job for family didn't have my truck and had to rent a uhaul trailer to carry tools and stuff. The job took 3 days, I scheduled for 2. Then I had an emergency. Mrs. Dawn took care of me the whole way through, while she handled several situations and an emergency of her own. I really appreciate her assistance, customer care was impeccable. She is Owner, Management, customer care, inspector, and deliverer! She should have more vehicles available. I really needed a pick-up. However she was accommodating. Thank you Mrs. Dawn"

"I lost a $1,200 sale due to this company. Never ever ever rent a U-Haul from this place most terrible experience I've ever had in my entire life. There wasn't even a complimentary water there and my wait was terrible.......... My reservation was scheduled for 10:30 am I wasn't able to leave until like 1:40 p.m. when I did get into the vehicle I had to sit in the middle of the two seats while she drove me to pick up my driver; Which is a breach of contract. The contract does not allow three people to ride in a two-seater and that is just the beginning of how she breached it. There was no option for delivery... I'm not understanding how she was able to drive me to pick up my new driver.When the new driver wasn't even registered in the system yet. {When I check and pull the time cards} {when I take her to court everyone is going to see}. My driver that I hired to drive me walked off so I had to add another driver. To continue an account was created illegally in my name without having my permission at the time of the reservation. Also she never got a copy of my license so I'm not understanding how I was even able to have an account. The account that I reserved. The vehicle under was a completely different name; Because I cannot see good when it is raining. I also needed to be able to Guide the person that was driving because they are not from this area....."
