Safe Harbor Cove Haven

"I had several engine, painting fiberglass jobs done on my 43' catamaran. Everyone I worked with was good with both communication and technical work. Brad was an instructive, hard worker on the engine with a great attitude. Chris and Dave managed projects effectively and ahead of schedule. I overwintered in the water with a bubbler. The facilities and docks were solid, clean and well maintained. Kenny runs a tight ship on the docks and was a huge help to my transition in and out and being sure the boat was in good hands."

"Saturday 10.01.22, Good accessibility, to get to the dock but strangely as I approached in my 40" power vessel it looked as though it was closed. Had I not called prior to leaving my dock, I would have left. Pulled in and tied up by myself and stood on the dock waiting for someone to come our. Finally walked down to the dock office and met the dock master. There was no way he did not see me approach but did not come out until I summoned him from his office. He did bring me the gas pump and pointed out where and how I could use the pump out, it was broken. He did assist with the pump out as I said it was not working properly. I did tip, although not as much as I would have if there was a realistic level of service. He did offer to take the lines off as I left but I do have to say that although he was a nice enough person but he needs some instruction on running a fuel dock."

"Cove Haven is one of the best marinas. The docks are wide and have electrical and water. The bathrooms are clean, large and have showers. The pool is a huge draw and they're in process of building a second pool and a restaurant. Everyone is super friendly - what's not to love!"

"This is our second year at Cove Haven in Barrington,RI. I have to say that I have never met a nicer bunch of people than the folks that run this Marina. Everyone from Ray and Amy in the front office to Kenny, the dock master, Pat Peck, the general manger but especially David Smith and his crew. These people greet you and treat you like family! And, the view of the cove is simply beautiful."
