"Horrendous customer service! Went to Aquidneck Fasteners today and was told they were "too busy" to help in selecting fasteners to match old fasteners that needed an upgrade. The young man that did not offer any customer service, said it was "too much work" and they were "very busy to help" and it was "lunch time". Thanks for nothing! My husband has a commercial account that we will not be utilizing along with many others."
