"So someones getting a lawsuit someones using my social and name for snap benefits and nobody can seem to answer a phone for it thats ok though i have enough evidence now for my lawyer including recordings of people just hanging up the phone"

"Refusing to take me off state assistance I asked them over a year ago almost two to take me off because I was moving to Florida flash forward and now Florida is claiming I’m receiving benefits from Rhode Island still even though I told them I moved. Before I moved I lost my job notified them and gave them paperwork to prove it and they were supposed to up my benefits but never did.. and they keep sending paperwork about my benefits that should no longer exist I don’t receive any help from them but they are telling Florida I am. They have me still living in Rhode Island working for a job I haven’t worked for in over two years. I’m so mad I might lose my health insurance that my son desperately needs because Rhode Island refuses to close my case. So either someone messed up stole my identity or dhs just doesn’t care and wants to ruin peoples lives. And of course when you call they put you on hold for like 8 hours straight and then never pick up so it’s hard to get a hold of anyone. So glad I moved to Florida if this isn’t fixed soon I’ll be contacting someone from legal to get this fixed because my son needs his health insurance and Florida wants to close my case because Rhode Island won’t be honest and tell them I’m not getting Rhode Island’s help. Bunch of people working there yet no one knows how to answer the phone file paper work or simply do their jobs. I’d give 0 stars if I could. And the access doesn’t work after o told them I moved they did something so I couldn’t access the access account so I can’t even give them documents to prove to them I moved and again no one answers the phone. Terrible."

"Been trying to get in touch with someone for weeks! On hold all day only to be disconnected! My food stamps were shut off because THEY NEVER CALLED TO DO THE INTERVIEW!!! Now I can't get in touch with anyone! Something has to be done about this! It's not right and it's not fair! They don't care though, it's not their life that's affected!!"

"I can't comprehend how an establishment meant to assist individuals fails to do so. I arrived at 11, and they claimed they couldn't take in more people because the facility was at full capacity; they advised me to return at 2 even though there's a significant likelihood they still won't see anyone. How can they predict it will still be at maximum capacity at 2? It's because they don't perform their duties, as they sit around and play on their phones, i even saw one making tiktoks keeping people waiting without any concern for others. This is preposterous for those in need of help!"

"Went down there today to drop my SNAP recertification packet in the drop box. I was reading the labels on the box when a woman asked if I would like to get my packet scanned. I said yeah! She told me where to go and what to do. The guard was real pleasant. There was only one person ahead of me at the dropoff desk. The woman behind the desk was pleasant. She got my stuff scanned and then made me an appointment for the interview. Everything was easy-peasy. I was surprised and grateful."
