"I had a very positive experience with Boston Coach Company going to the Ed Sheeran concert at Gillette Stadium on July 1, 2023. The lady who checked everybody in was really nice and the bus left from the appointed location on time. We made good time to the stadium and arrived quickly. Part of the reason I opted to go with BCC was because they give you 1 hour to get back to the bus after the concert. Depending on where you are sitting, it can take a while to get out of the stadium and back to the parking lot, so this made me feel a lot better about timing -- the 1 hour allows you to truly stay until the end of the concert and make your way to the bus (as a comparison, the MBTA's train service apparently left thousands stranded in Foxborough after the June 30 concert because of how little time they give folks to get to the train). Sure, it is slow to get out of the parking lots and the traffic is slow going at first, but then you pick up the pace -- that said, I would rather be sure I was getting home (albeit at a slightly slower pace) than be so stressed about making a train, that I have to leave a concert before it is fully over. A special shout out too for our driver, John, who kindly gave me his cell phone number - it was my first time to Gillette and I was worried about making it to the bus after the concert so this made me feel especially secure that I wouldn't be left stranded. Turns out, I had no need to worry, but I really appreciated the assurance. A final note - after the concert I was super thirsty and the company provided both water and snacks (little chip bags) which was an unexpected surprise! Would definitely use Boston Common Coach again. Highly recommend."

"Poor customer service. Guy who took my call could care less that I was stuck because of their mistake. Taking the bus to Gillette and bought tickets day before the game. Bus left before departure time on ticket. . Ticket says to arrive at 8:10AM for 8:15AM departure . NO bus at 8:10 or by 8:15. Wait d five more minutes and still nothing. When I called the company they told me bus left at 8:00AM. ! Then changed their story that I bought my tickets too late so the driver had a full count and left. What? Then don't let customers buy tickets within 24 hours if you can't relay the information in a timely mannner. Luckily I had my own car so I could drive to Gillette but what if I didn't? Guy who answered the phone could care less about their mistake. Won't use or recommend this company for any transport needs"
