"I must start by saying this was the WORST EXPERIENCE in my entire Life! I went to the Uhaul location in Iva S.C. where the store owner provided me with incorrect pricing & made me lose 2 hrs of move time! After 2 hrs of wasted time & still no Uhaul I had to call Customer Service where they promised my charge would be $127.33 but my card was debited for $147.00! I’m completely behind schedule due to the inconvenience & lack of consideration per the owner!"
