"Only serves ice cream in a cup or a cone after 5:00pm… You have an entire hour to continue serving customers what you have to offer on the menu. The only time we get to enjoy Baskin Robbins is when we visit Chattanooga. Also, we visit your restaurant as a treat for our children after they’ve endured a long day of shopping as we are heading out as a reward. Think beyond your self and you will be successful! Take easy cuts and you won’t achieve much!"
"Refuse to answer their phone during business hours to handle cake order logistics, legit have yet to get in touch with them and I’ve called a million times and it rings on end. Why even try… go to another which hopefully isn’t owned by the same terrible management looking at other reviews."
"I gave this a 1 because my ice cream was in a cup and edible. My daughter ordered the Bubble Tea. It was horrible. She took 1 sip and said awful. The woman working it had ear buds in and turned and walked off. I tried it. The caramel tasting with black bubbles was not mixed, was lukewarm and had fruit bubbles. We could not return as she walked away. We just threw away 6 bucks on one sip. Terrible service and terrible quality. If you don't have a product do not mix products and rip off customers. That's exactly, exactly how we feel about this store."
