"I give 1 star cause i cant give 0. Nice facilities very clean but office personnel very delusional and uninformed next to dont know anything. Carla at the service side just a warm body to answer the phone. This place is a rip off. $459 oo just to look at a truck is to extreme. I came in for at leaf spring being broken and to be fixed. Why are you telling me abot tires. I get upcharge but ppl get when ppl dont have time to waste. Fix what i want fix and lets more on. Its not that hard. 450 dollar just to look and tell me what i told you is beyond me. 0 stars for service office 0 stars for carla 0 stars for Manager Gloria which is a weirdo name for a man. Mechanic very respectful. These stars are for individuals and i know 1 persons doesn't reflect a entire company. But maybe the company can better train their workers. Never ever again will i return to this place. Might as well held me up at gun point. And i bet the person doing to actual work on the truck wont see 20 percent of that 459 dollars."
"If you have to take your truck to this shop in an emergency situation, be very cautious with them, and if you don’t have to go, don’t go at all. I brought my truck here for a simple clearance light replacement and left with a truck collision which wasn’t even reported to me. I noticed the collision after they told me my truck was completed and I walked outside and seen it. I then looked at the video from the camera inside my truck and confirmed their mechanic crashed my truck in the parking lot while also struggling to operate my manual transmission. He even got out and looked at the damage with another employee, so multiple people decided to try to cover up this incident. After showing a worker at the front desk what happened he said the mechanic that crashed my truck already left for the day and told me to get in touch with Cory Enos the next day. Initially Cory did not seem to think it was that serious. Eventually Cory said I could take the truck to a collision shop and they would cover the bill. After completion (2 week repair), they said for me to pay for it which totaled ($2,245.80) and it would be reimbursed to me (implying quickly). Fast forward almost 3 months later and endless amounts of patience with them week after week of me reaching out I’m given excuse after excuse (when they actually respond) on why the money hasn’t been reimbursed to me and they’ll “get back to me the next day” which never happens. Cory Enos and Joey Mayo among others in the shop offered no solution to this situation and also refused my request for months now to get me in contact with Joe Travers who is the manager. They show no urgency to get this matter resolved and didn’t even offer to cover my light replacement bill for the hassle. Unfortunately it looks like I will have to go even higher up the chain to reach Sean and Lou Bachrodt to discuss this situation since nobody there wants to make it right. If I did not keep reaching out they would’ve 100% allowed this situation to get swept under the rug like it never happened and never paid me back. This shop shows no integrity/decency, respect, or care for the customers in my experience. And their actions/communication up to this point have also showed signs of discrimination. I would never recommend going here or doing any sort of business with them. I will be pressing this matter forward until there is a resolution. And I am attaching a picture of the guy who crashed my truck, watch out for him if he’s seen in any shop."
