"This store is always impressive. The merchandise is very good and original. Their displays are bright and attractive. The staff is nice and always helpful. My only concern is how long (or short) they may be located here with the growing number of empty retail space in this mall. I’m glad they’re holding on."

"I am kinda sad giving this review. I thought I would never give a bath and body works a bad rating. I love bath and body works. I have a whole collection filled with every scent from the last few years. Sadly, this location has been extremely disappointing. There have been a few occasions here and there that have made me disappointed. The biggest one was what happened the other day. I went to bath and body works with my mom and sister. My sister has autism. My mom was waiting outside the store with my sister. My sister was upset about not going to a near store and was making some noise. Nothing to bad. I can understand how annoying it is though but the way the staff responded was out of hand. They started mocking my sister saying “wonder what her issue is” in a very rude manner. The other said “I wish I could outside and scream like that”. It was meant to make fun of my sister who has a disability. Look, I understand people make mistakes but this one really hurt. There are other bath and body works that I would highly recommend instead of this one."

"Bath & Bodyworks always mail me coupons to receive any one product free up to $15.50. no purchase necessary. Along with 2 or 3 more coupons to be used on specific dates. Now what I didn't realize until I went online was 95% of the store like the full size body sprays, lotions , shower gel, ect that used to cost $15.50 with specific ones at 16.50 are now 17.50 and 18.50 and a few that were higher. So therefore you can no longer use the coupon to get your favorite product as you could before. I just don't understand why the free up to $$$$ value wasn't adjusted as well.. Please adjust the up to value to reflect the current prices. Thank you"

"Hand santizer over priced. I got 30 or 35 1 oz bottles for $50 that's a bit much. 5 for $7 .. 1 oz bottles if it wasnt corona going around there bugging."

"I give Bath & Body Works a five-star because they extremely professional helpful if you ask them about something they will go find it for you they have amazing sales they're just completely awesome they have great 75% off and 50% off and 30% off going on right now on a bunch of Bath & Body Works products including lotions body butters aromatherapy body butter it is very clean neat never had a problem and when you walk into the store it's not a overwhelming smell. I've never had a problem here and they really do go out of their way to help you find what you need. I got a whole bunch of amazing body butters that usually cost anywhere between ($16.50 -$22.99a tub) from $3.00-$5.00 tops and they smell amazing and body butter is the best type of lotion you can get its thicker and it lasts longer than 24 hours moisture I use it for my psoriasis and it has cleared it completely."
