"Terrible. I don’t know where the 5-star reviews are coming from. They repaired the screen on our iPad months ago, but when we picked it up again, the microphone no longer worked. The second time around, we dropped it back off to repair the microphone. It’s now been a month, we still don’t have our iPad back. Not only that, now it doesn’t even power on. The store does not call to update you on these inconveniences, and when you show up to ask about it, store employees do not look up from their phones when they talk to you. When we dropped the iPad off, the only thing that wasn’t working was the microphone. Now it doesn’t work at all, and they don’t know what is wrong with it. I’m wondering if we’ll ever see it again. Extremely unprofessional in every way."

"I took my phone there for the back glass to be replaced and they did and excellent job except for when I got it back, the screen was glitching bad. Thought my phone was going to shut down. It happen a total of three tome over night! I called him and told him what happened as soon as they open and they had me come in and they replaced my front screen free of charge (20 minute fix) and it did fix the problem! All three of the them are awesome patient and professional!"

"Great customer service! Didn't catch names but all 3 that were there were very professional. Told me it'd take 30 minutes to replace a screen and it took exactly that. Ended up getting a screen protector and a case as well. Overall very satisfied with the service and price was reasonable. Highly recommend."

"Cheapest and fastest in town for a reason. They didn’t have the screen color that matched my sons iPad so I okayed them to replace it with a white one. When I picked it up the entire right half of the screen was unresponsive - took it back and they fixed it- but now I’m left with all these specks of debris under the screen, it’s annoying and a clear display of how sloppy work is done there."

"I wish I can give this place 0 stars! HORRIBLE, I mean HORRIBLE customer service!!! Firstly, I would like to say the lady there is very unprofessional. She was talking on the phone while opening my phone, being very aggressive and took no consideration for my device. The phone she was working on was my Google Pixel 5, the repair was supposed to be a simple rear housing replacement.. Not only did she damage the new housing, she damaged my battery by prying it out using a metal tool, scratches on the new rear panel, damaged my screen and lost the vibration haptic. I am beyond disappointed with these people. When I go to pick up my phone she tells me my screen was damaged during it's "repair" and told me I would have to pay extra for the screen but they will "waive" the labor.. My phone wasn't even sealed and it wouldn't even close. I asked the lady for a contact number to her manager she replies with "idk his number" I asked for Corporate's number" she replies to "look it up" she then gives me her managers email and he is just as unprofessional and unhelpful as she was! Thankfully for another local shop miracles were made to repair my phone as good as new.. As for this store, I recommend no one gives them business.
