"I usually have a great experience at Sephora when I come in and reup on my products. But today I was just in disbelief on how employees talk to guest and how they think it’s okay. I was getting color matched by a sweet associate and as she’s showing me the makeup remover one of the other associates (male with blonde hair) comes up to me and picks up my dirty makeup wipes. At first I thought it was friendly gesture until he comes back and states that I’m “making the work station dirty and unsanitary”. First off, I couldn’t even get the chance to put my makeup wipes in the trash like I always do. Secondly, his tone was very nasty and rude. To think he thinks it’s okay to talk to a guest like that is very concerning. Because of his rude and nasty demeanor the associate helping me just looked at him because she was is disbelief of how rude he was to the both of us. As a customer of this store for 4+ years I’ve never had an experience like this and because of the encounter I had today I see why people talk so negatively about the associates in this store and why they rather online shop. I didn’t relate to that same feeling until today. Disappointing!"

"Devon was so incredibly helpful when I needed a bunch of products. He saw my list of products and immediately took me to everything I needed in record time. He was so friendly and personable, I will gladly buy anything he sells me"

"I came in for a few swatches and to be color matched, but I will never return to this store. My every move was watched, and the girl who helped me made me feel rushed, passed me off to someone else, and she made me feel rushed as well. Asked for my name and everything. It was a horrible experience. I bought a thing or two and left, and didn’t even get what I wanted I was so uncomfortable. This is insane to be made felt like this. I do not recommend Sephora I will stick to Ulta."
