"We couldn't shop like we wanted to. Police were arresting shoplifters all over the mall. We left bc a shoplifter was armed. He was not trying to use the weapon, but everyone began running and left the mall. 1st and last visit"

"If your not from Chattanooga and looking for a good shopping outlet place, i definitely recommend coming o the Hamilton Placee mall here! They have tons of stores, kiosks, a wide food selection in the food court and at kiosks, resteraunts, and even a Dave N Busters! This mall also has a huge parking space and is surrounded by other stores, a hotel, and a few other places! They also have a kid's playing area and many toys and stores for kids!"

"Ross has Super deals on clothing and more. You have to just drop in and look to see what they happen to have when you're out and about. If you aren't sure what you want for a gift this is a wonderful place to look. They always have great gift items!"

"Not quite as crowded as prior to the pandemic, but the food court had a great selection of foods and drinks, Bath&Body Works was having another semi-annual sale, and a much larger and nicer mall than Gadsden Mall in Alabama. Over all a great experience"
