"So hard for me to leave feedback on everything I have tried, because I have tried so many!!! Lemon Cupcake, Strawberry Cupcake, are a few I remember. Really great to know you can taste the essence of real fruit, so you know it’s homemade. My family and I have ordered a Carrot Cake for Thanksgiving last year. It had the perfect amount of nuts, moist, and flavorful. The blueberry muffins are a great morning “pick-me-up” with a cup of coffee. The strawberry cheesecake is very rich, exceeds my expectations on density. My all time favorite is the cheese danish. Pricing is fair for fresh homemade bakes goods. Keep in mind you’re literally going to “treat” yourself with a great tasting experience. Great for kids. Nice ambiance to grab something with a friend or work remotely. Nikki and Darilyn are always so kind. Nice to have a place to grab something and go, to save time on baking at home!"

"The Copper Carrot hosted our 1st support session and we did not expect what we saw. We were allowed in prior to business hours so we could be comfortable. Mrs. Nikki had us fresh baked breakfast goods and fresh fruits. She explained how she crafted our goods with health in mind. Everything was delicious. The fresh blueberry muffins were warm and light. The cheesecake danishes were buttery tasting and delicious. Service was impeccable! Mrs. Nikki even shared words of encouragement. Darilyn was super nice and attentive. The ambience was beyond our expectation. Before we knew it, we ate the entire table spread. Thank you Copper Carrot."

"Hi, I’m glad you are taking time to read this. The atmosphere is cute and aesthetically pleasing for pictures. The lady that took our order was so helpful and kind! I really do appreciate that. Yet, the cupcakes were not my favorite. We order four cupcakes! ( Which came up to 26$) They all look stunning! We ordered: Banana Split, Strawberry Crunch, Heath Cupcake, and Oreo! Me and my family ate them, my mom got the Heath, and rank it 7/10, My sister had Banana Split, ranked 6.5/10, and I had the Strawberry Crunch, my personal rank was a 5/10. I did think the cupcake was gonna be sweet but it wasn’t. Maybe that’s my disappointment. Yet, some will say it’s the best. Try for yourselves! Hey- you might like them!"

"I drove all the way to Georgia because of all the reviews I heard about this bakery and how friendly the owners and staff are. First off, we ordered a variety of cupcakes, pound cake, brownies, and banana pudding. I am a huge fan of the pound cake it was moist and sweet! Great job! I ordered the German chocolate cupcakes, and I let mine get to room temp. I loved it . My family also liked their key lime cupcake strawberry cupcake as well and on to the banana pudding this ain't your local Walmart commercial banana pudding this is some homemade take your time do it right pudding!!!! We will definitely be back ! Great job, guys !"

"Perfect addition to downtown West Point! So far, everything I have tried has been EXCELLENT! It's all made from scratch on-site, so items are always fresh (and sometimes still warm from the oven). Today I tried the Red Velvet cupcake with nuts and chocolate drizzle (you can also request no nuts/drizzle) and it was exactly as it should be... Moist cake with just the right texture, perfectly smooth frosting and just the right amount of sweetness. You might want to order one to eat immediately and one to take home as they sell quickly and you'll want more once you taste it! Other favorites are the cheesecake, blueberry streusal muffins and pound cake. They also accept custom orders with advance notice. While not primarily a coffee shop, they also have freshly brewed coffee with all the usual fixings. I especially like the "real" mugs when dining in for those wishing to avoid single-use cups and plastic lids. The Rwanda coffee is my favorite so far. There's plenty of seating to sit and enjoy your treats, a small conference table for 4-5 people plus a laptop bar with ample plug/USB outlets and high-speed Wi-Fi. Parking is free on the street but be mindful of the 2-hour limit on weekdays. Really happy to have a bakery nearby (although my waistline might not be!) and I highly recommend checking it out."
