"Do not go to this location, management is decently helpful and very friendly but one of the associates, Adrian, will lie directly to you about the terms of an upgrade. I was told multiple times that my bill would not increase at all if i upgraded my phone, this was not true. On top of this, Adrian “forgot” to reset my old phone and called the next day for my apple id so he could complete the reset, after giving him the information I realized he had memorized my password and had been on my unlocked phone prior to the call. Another thing, I was told 3 accessories for the phone would add up to around 60 dollars, it ended up being 130, this is a normal price for what I got but I don't understand lying about it. I was pressured to still buy the accessories and told they would be free because of my old phones trade in value. They were not paid for by the trade-in rather added to my monthly bill. Adrian was incredibly unprofessional, swearing loudly with other customers in the store and practicing extremely shady business. Other employees seemed much better but I was the unlucky one that was “helped” by him. Now I am stuck paying an extra 11 dollars a month. I hope they get rid of him so this does not happen to someone else."

They helped me set up my watch, my ipad and got me HOOKED UP with less than half of what I was paying! Don't forget Josh ! He'll talk you into those fancy new airpods ! Thanks Josh! I love them !
