"I placed an order for internet on April 16 and was told they could provide service to my house. I received an email confirmation with account number and work order number at that time. I called back on April 30 to see when I would get service. They decided they couldn’t provide service to my house after all so they just decided to delete all my information. They said they tried to call and leave voicemails but they lied about that. I have my phone on me at all times and if I don’t answer the call, I will definitely check my messages. I’ll go without internet service for the rest of my life before I try to use Bulloch Solutions again. I gave them one star only because there wasn’t a lower rating"
