"I had the worst experience ever after they charged me double on my bill to 288$ for one damn phone that I own and when and I tried resolving the issue very respectfully out of confusion of how my bill was so high for only one phone they kept continuing to charge me that they even started charging me over 300$ I tried multiple times resolving this issue respectfully even when i was very upset about my telephone bill, the manager was a women not sure of her name but she was very rude and disrespectful towards me, this t-mobile store was the worst place I've ever been"
"I have had the absolute best experience anytime I go into this store. I spoke with the store manager (Miguel) today about my bill and he was able to resolve my issue. After traveling all the way to Savannah and Hinesville, I got no answers. I had almost given up hope. I decided to make one last stop at the Glenville store and I have to say they are the most kind, thoughtful, and caring staff. This will continue to be my go-to place for cell service! Thank you again so much Miguel! You are a true blessing!"
