"Internet speeds are alright BUT the people who work here are lazy. They don't want to do their job and make excuses as to why you don't need to upgrade. Not to mention they LIE to you until they realize that you know more than their techs who also continue to make excuses. I wanted to upgrade to fiber (which is far more reliable and stable) and was told it would be free to do so when a technician had to come out and replace the cable to CAT5 connector (even after I was threatened that I was going to have to pay a fee because "nothing is wrong"). Not to mention the tech tried to lie to me and say " Your already running fiber" which the average person would have said "oh okay" is just plain wrong and bad buisness pratice... This is the unfortunate reality of only having a VERY small option base for your ISP... I just don't understand why they don't want their customers to be satisfied... I would gladly change this if they would actually stand by their word and help their customers out like they ought to but they don't seem very interested in that"

"Their Internet is okay, they take advantage on the prices because it’s a red zone for other cable companies 93$ for 200msps with box is expensive to me when AT&T and Xfinity cost 20$ cheaper. Oh well got to live with it"
