"I placed on order for an item on the online website in July of 2021. I have never received confirmation of my order but my credit card was charged. I am unable to get a reponse from the Marblehead Salt Company and my emails have been returned undeliverable. Is this a real entity? Very suspicious that there is not phone contact for this entity on the Salt Co or Brewing Website."
"A must visit if you're ever close to Marblehead! Loved the ambiance, the beer and the setting. I only wish it were a bit closer. Still, I've also appreciated being able to get growlers refilled from time to time. I love the back of the bottles that tell the whole story of the brewery. Cool vision!"
"I had a great experience here last year when I visited, but, unfortunately, it's not all it's cracked up to be. I literally spent $200 at the brewery, after having a very long (and excellent) conversation with Theo, the owner. The salt that I purchased has finally run out, so, last month, on August 7, I placed an order for more. I sent two emails and a Facebook message and got a single response on August 25, telling me that "if you read the shipping section you will see that we do say that orders can be delayed." Thanks for the professional response Theo. I responded saying that I understood, but that his website outlines a 4-day creation time for the salt that I ordered, so a 19-day delay without any response looked odd. Since then, I have sent two more emails and another Facebook message, asking for an update, and still haven't gotten a response. I understand things can get busy, or maybe you went on vacation, but you should respond to your customers. Conveniently, a phone number isn't listed on the website. Someone I knew still hasn't received salt FIVE MONTHS LATER!"
"A gem of Marblehead. They do scheduled dinners too, roughly once or twice a month."
"A great place to stop in to and enjoy the Awesome beer!"
