"Extremely disrespectful staff. Called to ask about a squishmallow and was met with an unprofessional and rude staff member. She hung up in my face while I was trying to talk to her."

"The woman at the Paper Store in Lynnfield with the Grey Hair cut into a bob is so rude. She acts as if she is bothered by every customer. She is a retail salesperson who takes herself way too seriously. Be Nice Lady! Remember the golden rule. Treat others how you would also like to be treated."

"The staff here were so rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this store. The staff spied on us and made me and my acquaintances very uncomfortable. We were accused of tampering with a product and we did not. After we apologized for doing nothing, we were still treated with disrespect. This was humiliating because a scene was made. Overall I would not return to this store because of how rude the staff was, the fact that we were being spied on and how we were humiliated in front of so many other customers. Also, after the situation, my acquaintance who was going to buy the shirt we were accused of tampering with, did not buy the shirt because she was so humiliated and uncomfortable. Please be cautious if you go to this store."

"Great little spot full of really cool and unique gift ideas, I find myself here often when I'm on Market St. sometimes it's something in the window that draws me in, other times it's just curiosity but this place never seems to disappoint. Worth a visit if you have the time and worth making the time for if you don't."

"Abusive and awful manager: when my wife went there to get a refund on an item she was incorrectly charged for he yelled at her in front of my 2 year old, despite her having a receipt and having called in advance to report the issue. When she complained about him to customer service they did not sound surprised and buried the complaint. Too bad since their other stores are great."
