"I went to this 7-Eleven for my lunch break and decided to actually use my 7-Eleven rewards points. I ordered a large pizza and grabbed 2 20oz sodas. When I punched in my code to redeem my rewards my total went to $0.00 . The cashier seemed kinda mad about it and flustered that I was paying nothing for my items. After getting back to the work truck with my pizza and 2 sodas I tried to eat lunch but couldn't because the cashier lady didn't cook my pizza long enough because it was still cold when I bite into it on top of the pizza not being sliced correctly. No respect, I chopped it up as a loss and will most likely boycott this location"
