"I brought my daughter to this location on July 11, 2024 for 7 Eleven day & get her a complimentary Slurpee. As we made our way to the Slurpee Machines there was an abundance of Free Slurpee Cups but a blockade constructed out of Plastic Bread Transport Bins & hand written notes taped to each Slurpee flavor that read "Not working". To our eyes, every flavor was rotating & looked to be more than acceptable. When we approached the cashier & asked him if the machines were truly out of order, he replied "What do you think?" Never again will we ever shop at this or any 7 Eleven location again, citing this less than favorable experience."

"I had to file a complaint with 7/11 regarding the cashier not knowing how to do a service offered by this particular store. This store says they’re able to process rent payments with cash and all you have to do is scan a barcode. However, when I went in the cashier kept dismissing me because he didn’t know how to do what I was asking and even asked me to step out of line to take other customers after only talking to me for 2 minutes. When I asked if there was anyone else in the store like a manger or something that would know how to help me the cashier informed me he was the only one in the store. He wasn’t able to help and there were no other employees that could help so I unfortunately had to leave without resolving the issue. There’s not an ounce of customer service in this location and it’s honestly disappointing that with all the negative reviews I’m seeing, that no one has done anything about it."

"Horrible place! Went here for lottery real quick waiting almost 15 min just to get completely ignored.. Will not be returning to this store ever again!"

"Went in to pick up an item. Approached the counter and said hello to store clerk. Guy said nothing but gave me a really nasty glare. He rung up my item and just walked away without saying anything. Nasty people! won't go back."
