"My auto refills are always late, so I was asking the pharmacist if we could change the timing of the refill requests so the process could start sooner every month. She interrupted me and literally started yelling, and whenever I tried to explain my question more clearly, she just yelled louder. When I said "I don't think you're understanding my question" she hung up. Just put in a request to have my prescriptions transferred to Amazon. I'm done!"
"Greetings. I would like to explain why I gave Walgreens Store number 15390. I went to get photos transferred from my phone to either a cd or usb. I went to the photo are and I was not successful in my attempt; therefore, I went to the front end and spoke with a young man. I did not get his name. I asked him for help transferring my photo. He told me to hold on,, walked to the back to get me help. It took the worker approximately 20 minutes. When he returned and approached me. He looked at me in a sarcastic manner and asked me did anyone help me. I said no. He then responded hold on and I asked him what was the store information, so I can complaint about the poor service I received. He said he didn’t know and the supervisor is there (close proximity) and she would help me. I asked her what was the store number? She gave it to me. She then asked if she could help me and apologized several times for my experience. I declined service from the store because of the treatment I received in person and direct. I rather take my chances online in hopes that I get great customer service. Disappointed Shopper at the Down Town Boston Walgreens Store"
"I would like to give no stars because the fact that I came to the store around 930 tonight Friday the 14th, and I wanted to print a few pictures, the female told me to give her a minute so she can restart the computer. proceeded to check out like three more people before she came over to restart the computer and then when it’s rebooting, it’s taking a while, so I never got to print the pictures because they close at 9:45. The computer literally started back up and I would’ve been able to print if your manager They close the doors at 9:45. and I said oh, I thought you guys closed at 11 by mistake I was looking at the wrong one. And your manager proceeded to say so what at 10 and my thing is I told him he don’t need to speak to me like that because I was here way before 10 and it’s not 10 yet it’s literally was 941. So that was definitely ridiculous of him. especially if I’m the only customer in the store and it was not 10 PM yet, so I had time to print my pictures I just didn’t even feel comfortable to do so I spend my money at the store horrible service just horrible.‼️"
"OMG! This location had very low reviews, but I figured it could have been random infrequent incidents (people don’t tend to leave reviews when things go well) but no! This place is a total mess! The pharmacy, in particular. I waited in line 15min and they served 1 customer. Overall I had to wait 25min to get my vaccination."
