Reviews
"Very nice people no complaints and safe place"
"They cut my benefits without warning or notice, then they refuse to call back when they say they're going to, but they'll say you were the one who never called, even though they told you they would call you at this specific time, I had to take off work just to be available, and now I have less money and still no assistance. The whole process is designed so the people there don't have to do their jobs, and people who need assistance simply give up."
"Had an excellent interaction here. Relatively quick experience. A very kind team member , Ryan I believe...was so polite and professional. A + to him and the team."
"I’m going to make this plan and simple, you’re on someone else’s time, they hate their job, and whatever they went through before they came to work they are going to take it out on you. Hopefully I can get a job there and be the change I want to see."
"Clean, spacious, lots of seating in wait room, good parking, handicap accessible; elevator on left side of entrance (if facing building), convenient location, security & staff friendly & professional. While there are constantly long waits; most days it seems the general atmosphere is still better than many other locations, such as Boston. Everything is done much quicker here. The front desk staff were a huge help in answering all my questions on the applications & processes, enabling me to now help 2 of my family members."
