"Becareful with their return policy. Unlike 99% of other retailers they can't return the item using the card that was used for purchase. We bought an item there for a present and it was defective so we were just looking to exchange it for a working one but we don't save receipts because we always have the card that was used."

When I went into the store, they hadn't received it yet, so they put me on a list to call when it came in. I waited a week or so, and called to see if they had gotten the item. I got a wised mouthed clerk who said, " Have you heard of the world wide shipping container problems? I hung up on her, and am very discouraged and will jo.longer be giving them my business.
