"Owner is an absolute liar. I specifically stated that I would not under any circumstances purchase a rebuilt car. The car we looked at was listed as a "clean title". I was told by 3 different people, including the owner, that it was definitely a clean title. In Georgia you have to jump through hoops to get inspections done to get a tag. Now we're stuck. When I called about it, the owner was rudely speaking over me and when I spoke over him, he hung up. After I got him back on the phone, he kept saying "Where on the title does it say refurbished? It's clean." It's not. In the state title system it definitely says refurbished. He says he doesn't care because the title didn't say refurbished. Who's job is it to know what they're selling? If you own a dealership, you shouldn't lie. Now my daughter's first car has no value. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Ever."
