"I have to hand it to whoever is running the show here. To open a brand-new state of the art store is probably pretty tough. To not clean the bathrooms once since opening is even more impressive though. This store is going to end up a trash heap like the last one. Shoutout the people upfront/around the self checkout, they’re solid."

"Never ever had a bad experience at the stop and shop across the street but first time at the new place is horrendous. I went in for a sale on chicken and clipped a coupon days in advance. There was an error on checkout so I went to the service desk. They acknowledged that they've been having trouble with the chicken sale. I told them that I clipped the coupon days ahead but they insisted on seeing the coupon on my phone. I tried to access the coupon on the app and it wouldn't load. They refused to give me the discount and even insinuated that I had already come in and used the coupon that week. The technology at this location is not working but even worse the service staff is awful and rude. Left angry without buying any groceries. Will not be returning."

"Really nice new store. Parking garage seems like the only option right now (no lot anymore). Make sure you select “take a ticket” rather than the default option of using your credit card “as a ticket”. I made this mistake and there’s no way to validate so I had to pay for a 5 min trip to the store."

"Went for the first time during opening weekend and it was a party!! They had tons of free samples and an incredibly well stocked store that was much bigger and modern than I thought it would be from the outside. Managers were on the floor, ready to help if needed. Garage parking is validated for 90 min. Only thing worth noting is that Google maps has this on the wrong side of the street, it’s right in front of the old Stop & Shop"
