As an integral part of the Washington County Board of County Commissioners, we function as the legislative and policy-setting body for the county government. Our responsibilities include enacting countywide laws, authorizing programs, and managing all county fund expenditures.

Our five-member board comprises elected representatives from each district, serving four-year terms. We are dedicated to ensuring that our services and programs are accessible to all residents, without discrimination based on religion, age, race, color, national origin, gender, marital or parental status, or disability.
