"When I come for a pick up order, I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for you to start it when I get there even though you had 15 minutes before I got there to start it. They don’t care about peoples time here."

"Not sure if the store is involved but someone was attempting to send fraudulent items from Amazon to a locker at this address. I imagine this is wide spread as I live no where near this location. There should be an investigation of this location."

"Would give zero if you could. Sunday night employees are so rude. Definitely go here if you want to feel like a burden for shopping in the store."

"Bought 4 Jose Ole burritos and they were moldy/covered with mold when I got home and opened them to microwave them. This means they were let thaw or were left out and thawed for extended period of time and got moist inside wrapper which turns to mold after a few weeks. They cost 2.29+tax each which is $9.20=tax =11.00 total money spent on them. I emailed repeatedly to corporate to get a reimbursement and they never sent me a coupon as promised, just a bunch of junk messages responses sent by a customer service field consultant named Mark Caliri. This store employee was clueless and didn't refund my money when told about this. I even saved and froze the moldy burritos for proof which I still have 1 saved."

"The management at 7-Eleven west Roxbury is so friendly. I shop here numerous times a day and they even order things for me when they usually don't carry a lot of it. They are kind to my daughter And the best part is they take debit for lottery I will never shop at another convenance store."
