"I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with BMW of Chattanooga, particularly their service department. As a loyal customer since 2018, I have consistently relied on their expertise. However, since Kevin Frazier’s departure three years ago, the quality of service has declined significantly. In the past two years, I have spent nearly $14,000 or more on repairs for recurring issues that continue to leave me stranded, even after servicing. As a successful Realtor and Owner of 2 Real Estate Firms, in Chattanooga, Tn. and Atlanta Ga. And Vice President of National Association of Real Estate Brokers. I depend heavily on my vehicle for daily operations. During a recent conversation with General Manager Christopher Hidalgo, I was dismayed to hear that the dealership refuses to take responsibility for these ongoing problems and expects me to incur even more expenses. This attitude is unacceptable and feels particularly discriminatory, as I cannot shake the impression that I have been treated differently because I am a woman of color. I have owned several vehicles, including a Lexus, and have always received fair and equitable treatment in service departments—until now. It is frustrating to feel taken advantage of, especially when seeking help for legitimate concerns. I cannot recommend BMW of Chattanooga, especially their service department. I urge potential customers to consider this before making a decision. All customers deserve to be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their background. I simply want BMW of Chattanooga to address my vehicle's issues and restore my faith in their brand. If you're considering a luxury vehicle, I recommend looking into Long Mercedes of Chattanooga or Lexus of Chattanooga instead. Their customer service is far superior, and you'll likely have a better overall experience."
