"I reserved a vehicle 1 way online and then took the initiative to call and confirm. Everything was confirmed. Conner then called to tell me I couldn't reserve a vehicle 1 way and that he "didn't know" I couldn't. I went through the website again just to see if there was a change. Again, I was able to reserve. I called AGAIN and was told I couldn't reserve(though I had a reservation number) this time "because other people reserved before me" I am extremely disappointed in the inconsistency and unreliability of this location. Take note that Reservations and Confirmation means NOTHING at this location."
"Worst company to deal with. People who makes your reservation tells you something completely different than what you need. You run your own business and can't even rent a car. I rented from them in the past and never had an issue. I would not recommend this company for anything."
