"Came to pick up a card today at 7:43 pm. Their posted closing time is 8:00. The doors were locked. The worker turned her back to me and hid in the back after I knocked. Very unprofessional; I would’ve left before 8."

"Decent collection of cards for all occasions and they do have some cute little fun gifts and sentimental items. Definitely a little on the pricier side for what you’re getting. As for the customer service, if you’re younger that 50 they’ll pay you no mind. Wandered the store looking around for 20 minutes while 2 associates waited on one customer and a 3rd just stayed behind the register not once was I asked if I was looking for anything or even acknowledge."

"Good place to buy anything paper related except like printer paper. The markup is kind of high IMO. They sell a lot of things that would make good gifts for a female."

"Scheduled appointment to look at wedding invitations. Multiple emails back confirming the appointment. Show up at set time and all staff is confused and say they aren't doing wedding invitations during covid (?). 45 minute drive for us so 90 minutes round trip wasted. If this is a sign of their customer service and ability to fulfil their customers needs I'd definitely stay away from them."

"This was my first visit to this store. I thought it would be like the Paper Store. Not really. This is more of a hobby store for people who have all the time in the world to do crafting with premium paper products. People with disposable income. This is not me. The store was very clean and the staff were cheery and helpful. Wrapping paper, cardstock and envelopes are plentiful. Unique gift items everywhere. Just not my cup of tea."
