Offered me an better car for 3 dollars and when we done the walk around the car he showed me how the trunk gate lifted and a few others tricks. If you need a rental this is the place to go. "Rented a vehicle from here and the employee told me the tires were great. Next day a tire blew! Took it to a repair center & they said not only was the tire that blew bad but the other back tire was about to blow because these tires had been driven to where the wire was poking out. My kids & I could have been killed! Furthermore this location is closed on Sundays & at noon on Saturdays & closed every holiday, like Memorial Day & Labor Day! These days are when your customers travel & need to rent vehicles! You are in the travel business! Work traveler hours - not banking hours!"

"To hell with enterprise!! I was hit by a drunk driver. The drunk driver’s insurance covered the cost of a rental car plus the extended insurance coverage. When I returned the car in perfect condition they billed me $155.37 instead of refunding the $50 security deposit that I AM OWED, AND WILL GET BACK!"

"If I could leave No stars, I would. We recently tried to rent a car through the company. The first location they sent us to, was an hour away, and no one informed us that the ONLY form of payment they accept is Major Credit cards. We do not have credit cards. This was on a Saturday. So my husband had to put his business trip off until Monday. The second location we were sent to on Monday, was the Rome location, also an hour away. They wouldn't accept my debit card because they "didn't know" the bank I bank with. Even though my crad LITERALLY says FDIC Bank on the back. We had to find a bank so my husband could open an account just to get a card they "knew". When we arrived back, they informed us that we also had to have 2 utility bills. We live an hour away. So this is our THIRD time being turned away. All because they can't keep customers informed apparently. The manager was very rude when we asked if there was anything at all we could do."
