"An absolutely gorgeous and educational guided tour through history. This was the home of American poet and abolitionist John Greenleaf Whittier from 1836 until his death in 1892. Whittier’s home and study remain relatively unchanged since his time spent there, with everything beautifully preserved and displayed. On Saturdays, be sure to check out the Amesbury Hat Museum on the second floor!"
